The Complete Guide To Visiting Batu Belig Beach 2026: All You Need To Know

Pantai Batu Belig (pantai means “beach” in Indonesian) is a small white stretch of sand nestled between Berawa Beach in Canggu and Petitenget Beach in Seminyak.

It’s within walking distance of both beaches, and if you want a place to enjoy a beautiful sunset without the crowds of the biggest Seminyak Beach or Canggu Beach, this is a great place to come.

It can be easily missed by tourists as they head to the busier parts of the island, but we’d recommend taking some time to visit Batu Belig as it’s very satisfactory.

The main street leading to the beach is Jalan Batubelig but it can also be found near Jalan Pura Kayu Putih.

It is officially part of Seminyak in South Bali, but it’s very much on the border of Canggu too. It’s about a 45-60 minute drive from the international airport.

Address: Jalan Pantai Batu Belig, Kerobokan Kelod, Kec. Kuta Utara (North Kuta), Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80361

How To Get To Batu Belig Beach

The best way to get to Batu Belig Beach is using a Grab or Gojek service, which are the Indonesian ride share apps (like Uber), and they offer the best and cheapest way to navigate the island safely.

If you do opt for a taxi service, we recommend using the Blue Bird Taxi app, which ensures you get a legit taxi from this service rather than one of the fake taxis using the brand but not delivering the same service.

You could also rent a private car, but foreign tourists will find Bali’s roads are not great for driving on. And if you’re staying in the area, then most villas, resorts and hotels will offer an airport transfer service, and if this is included in your room rate, it’s worth taking them up on it.

If you need to park on the beach, it’s fairly limited, and you can park a motorbike for 5,000 IDR ($0.50 AUD or $0.30 USD).

Coming from neighbouring Seminyak or Canggu, it will take about 10-20 minutes to reach this beach.
